Description

The College seeks to engage a preferred travel service provider to support and assist its employees, Council & Committee members with business travel requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our preferred travel agent should excel in customer service, be efficient, professional and provide quick turnaround with our travel requests. The travel service provider should also have the ability to handle address travel risk management and offer expertise and clarity in communication. The selected service provider will provide various travel related services for one year with the possibility to renew based upon evaluation of satisfactory performance. The College and the successful Service Provider will regularly consult and jointly put in place appropriate mechanisms to guarantee adherence to the contractual terms and their respective interests.
