1. Requirement

The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, engineering support during construction, contract administration and construction inspection for the integrated renewal of Harvard Avenue, Chesley Street, Warrington Drive, Wendover Avenue and Raleigh Street, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as Annex “A”.
