The City of Ottawa is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide tax policy research, analysis, and, both proactive and reactive appeals on an as needed basis.

The City would like to qualify firms or independent consultants in one, or more of the following categories:

Category 1: Proactive Appeals Support
Category 2: Reactive Appeals Support
Category 3: Annual Assessment Roll Audit Report
Category 4: Ad Hoc Reporting and Market Analysis
Category 5: Tax Policy Analysis
The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
