Requirement

The Customer Services Branch / Transportation Services Department of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) requires the supply and delivery of taxi vouchers (the “Good(s)”) on an as and when requested basis, and in accordance the terms, conditions, and Specifications of this Request for Tender (RFT).

Tender Closing Date

All tender submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, 05 March, 2019. Late tender submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.

Tenders will be publicly opened at the location noted above after 3:00 p.m. on the Tender Closing Date.

Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Thursday, 21 February 2019. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
