Description

Requirement:
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials to supply, deliver and install Heated and Non-Heated Exterior Bunkers.

Basis of Authorization
It is the City’s intent to authorize an Eligibility List consisting of up to two (2) lowest responsive Offerors PER PRICE SCHEDULE. Each eligibility list will be authorized on the basis of the TOTAL PRICE SCHEDULE, excluding taxes, and minus any prompt payment discount offered in accordance with Annex D – Contractual Acknowledgement, Section 2 (Prompt Payment Discount), and will be ranked in order from lowest to highest TOTAL PRICE SCHEDULE Price.
