Additional Bidding Instructions

Step 1 – Compliance with Mandatory Requirements. The City will first determine the Offers that are compliant with the Mandatory Requirements (All requested certification and references as specified in sections 6.5 and 6.6) of the Standing Offer. Only Offers that are deemed compliant will be considered in Step 2.
Step 2 – Financial Offer Evaluation. The City will tabulate Financial Offers based on the pricing set out in the Financial Offers (Price Schedules).
