REQUIREMENT
The Public Works Department, Traffic Services of the City of Ottawa is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for surface cleaning, preparing, and repainting of Transverse Pavement Markings at intersections in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFT No. 15224-96861-T01.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of Contract shall be for the 2024 season (approximately 01 May to 15 November). All unit rates shall remain FIRM for the initial period of contract.
The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to three (3) seasons subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.

All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Friday,19 April 2024. Should the MERX system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority by email.
TENDER CLOSING DATE
All submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Friday, 26 April 2026.
