Description

REQUIREMENT
The City of Ottawa Traffic Services (the “City”) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of the following Sign Post Materials on an as and when requested basis and in accordance with the specification, terms, and conditions of the Request for Tender No. 15224-80130-T01.

Round Pipe Post
Post Mounted Delineator (PMD) Post
Telespar Posts

PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of contract shall be for the period endng 31 December 2024. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to four (4) 1-year terms, or portions thereof, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.

Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Thursday, 07 December 2023. All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein.

CLOSING DATE
