Description

REQUIREMENT:
The City of Ottawa Parks & Grounds Maintenance Branch has a requirement for the supply and delivery of IPEMA Certified Playground Mulch on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFT No. 15223-65050-T01.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The period of contract shall be for two (2) years from the Date of Award. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to three (3) additional 1-year periods subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.
