REQUIREMENT
The Public Works Department, Parks Maintenance and Forestry Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for the provision of planter maintenance for a variety of raised and at grade planters along segregated cycling lanes, rights of way, and pedestrian sidewalks in various locations throughout the City of Ottawa in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of RFQ No. 15224-96139-Q01.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The period of contract shall be for the 2024 season (approximately 01 May to 31 October).
All unit rates shall remain FIRM for the initial period of contract.
The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to two (2) seasons subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.

CLOSING DATE
All submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, 23 April 2024.
