Description

REQUIREMENT:
The City of Ottawa has a requirement for the supply and delivery of five (5) different types of Fertilizers in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of Request for Tender No. 15224-33540-T01.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The period of contract shall be for the period endng 31 December 2024. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for up to two (2) additional 1-year terms, or portions thereof, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor.

INQUIRIES:
Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Wednesday, 24 January 2024. All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein.

CLOSING DATE:
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Friday, 02 February 2024.
