Requirement: The City of Ottawa hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional laboratory and construction materials quality assurance testing services as described in Annex A, Terms of References for a number of construction projects within the City of Ottawa.

Proposals shall be received NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME ON DAY, 05 November 2018. Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered, and will be returned, unopened, to the Proponent.
