Requirement
The Wastewater Treatment Branch of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for the provision all labor, equipment, and materials for scum collection and cleaning services at the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre, 800 Greens Creek Drive, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications, (the “Work”).
