Requirement

The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, construction contract administration, construction inspection, and engineering support services for the Hilda and Manchester - Integrated Renewal, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as Annex “A”.
