Bidders should email the contracting authority Julie-Ann Williams at Julie-Ann.Williams@ottawa.ca no later than 48 hours before the site meeting date with the names and email addresses of the individuals who wishes to attend the site meeting. Contractors are to park at the top parking lot. Contractors won’t get access to the underground conduits, but they will be able to look at the grounds and the roof.
