Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting at each plant.
First site visit (starting at 1:00 pm) will be at the Lemieux Island Water Purification Plant located at 1 Onigam Street, Ottawa, ON K1Y 2C4. Bidders will then proceed afterwards to the Britannia Water Purification Plant located at 2731 Cassels Street, Ottawa, ON K2B 1A8.
