Requirement:
The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified Offerors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of confined space entry rescue services that are more complex and involved than a standard straight-up rescue format and which include detailed rescue plans and hazards assessment for every entry, as described in the ANNEX A - SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
