Requirement: The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the design and construction services for the integrated renewal of Melbourne, Ravenhill and Greenwood, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as Annex “A”.

General Project Description: The existing watermains and sanitary sewers are in poor condition and require rehabilitation. The storm sewer on Melbourne will also be replaced. The existing storm sewer on Greenwood is in good condition and will be protected (Ravenhill has no existing storm sewers). All three roads will be fully reconstructed, including traffic calming measures and new sidewalks.
