The Design & Construction Facility Branch of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labour, equipment, materials and a 10-year maintenance agreement to undertake the BAS Replacement and maintenance at the St. Laurent South Garage (the “Work”) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tenders (RFT).
