The Design & Construction Facility Branch of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labour, equipment, materials and a 10-year maintenance agreement to undertake the BAS Replacement and maintenance at the St. Laurent North Garage (the “Work”) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tenders (RFT).

Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting which will be held at [1500 St. Laurent’s administration building lobby]. NOTE: For the site meeting appropriate PPE must be worm inside the spaces where we will be attending. The PPE required is steel toed boots and hi-visibility vests. When walking within the yard, please follow and stay within the yellow walking paths identified onsite. Refer to Article 10 – Schedule of Events, for date and time. See the below site map with the identified route to the admin building’s lobby:
