The Design & Construction Facility Branch of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labour, equipment, materials and a 10-year maintenance agreement to undertake the BAS Replacement and maintenance at the St. Laurent North Garage (the “Work”) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tenders (RFT).

NOTE: For the site meeting appropriate PPE must be worm inside the spaces where we will be attending. The PPE required is steel toed boots and hi-visibility vests.
