The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification
submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the
assessment and upgrade of the Lemieux Island and Britannia Water Purification
Plants Process Supervisor and Process Operator control rooms (4 control rooms).
In doing so, the consultant will be responsible for preparing and undertaking the
required reports, studies/assessments, workshops, upgrades, design, and contract
administration duties, as described in the Terms of Reference, attached hereto as
Annex “A”.
