The City of Ottawa requires a Hosted Online Survey Software for creating and distributing surveys and forms (the “Work”). Surveys are used internally as well as sent out externally to gather public feedback. The City of Ottawa requires an Enterprise License for 500 users, with the ability to add additional users as needed

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
