33523-28030-T01 - FCS/FS/ Supply and Deliver Traffic Signals Cables

Requirement
Fleet Services, on behalf of Traffic Services (the “City”) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of various traffic signals cables (the “Goods”) in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tender document.
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 22 June 2023. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email or by facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), subject to a maximum delivery time of no more than four (4) weeks for Price Schedule “A” Item 1 to 6 and no more than ten (10) weeks after receipt of the Letter of Award (the ‘Letter’) for Price Schedule “A” Item 7-16.
