Requirement
The City of Ottawa, Fleet Services (the “City”) has a requirement to Supply and Deliver One (1) Tow-Behind Spreader (the “Equipment”) for use with a Kubota M5N 4x4 Narrow-Frame Sidewalk Tractor. The Equipment required delivered in an operational condition as described herein, and ready for its intended immediate use all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ).
Closing Date
Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on Thursday, 26 July 2018.
Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFQ are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Friday, 20 July 2018. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
