00118-55600-T01 - CS/FS Supply One Special Purpose Treatment Rehabilitation Unit (TRU) Unit

1. Requirement
The Corporate Services Branch / Fleet Services Department of the City of Ottawa (the "City") requires the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Special Purpose Treatment Rehabilitation Unit (TRU) Bus in accordance the terms, conditions, and Specifications of this Request for Tender.
2. Bidders Meeting
A Bidders meeting will be provided to Bidders to ensure all are aware of the details and services expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time:
Date: Tuesday December 11, 2018 Location: 2465 Don Reid Drive, Ottawa Time: 12:00 PM
Bidders who do not attend the site meeting will not be precluded from submitting Bid. Prospective Bidders planning to attend the meeting should register and email the following information to the Contracting Authority no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Business Day prior to the Bidders Meeting:
Attendee’s full name; Job title; and Company name
The Bidders Meeting may be cancelled if the Contracting Authority does not receive confirmation to attend by any Prospective Bidders by the deadline as noted above.
3. Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on 10 January 2019. Late tender submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted. 11. Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Thursday January 3, 2019 at Noon. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
