Description

The City requires approximately 5,000 square feet of useable warehouse space within the City of Iqaluit. There must be unobstructed access through an exterior bay-area overhead door at a minimum. This space must be ready for immediate occupancy, and no later than August 01, 2024. The “term” of the lease is to be for 3 years, with Two (2) options of Two (2) years, which shall be on the terms and conditions detailed in the lease.
