The consultant shall compile all existing record drawings, or build from scratch where drawings are not available, such that the end product of the assignment is a complete record drawing package of the Water Treatment Plant. Consultant shall help city establish a standardized scope through this pilot project that can be used for future similar assets to help the City improve their record drawing inventory and processes.
