GENERAL The City of Iqaluit is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply of hydrants to the F.O.B point at the Port of Bécancour for transport to the City of Iqaluit. The goods’ required specifications and mandatory checklists are outlined in Appendix B. For clarity, the hydrant checklists completed by the City are attached at the end of this RFQ. Vendors should examine the documents carefully. Failure to complete any clause, answer any question, provide information as requested, and return the document MAY result in your offer being rejected as non-responsive. The City of Iqaluit reserves the right to reject any or all bids in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The City requires that these hydrants are supplied on the 3rd sealift to Iqaluit. The tentative project schedule is shown below. Sealift cut-off dates are tentative as they may change by up to 10 business days.
