The Bidder will be responsible for all materials labour, and equipment required to execute the scope of work. The following describes the Scope of Work for the project:
Conduct a legal survey of parcels A, B & C as shown on Approved Sketch Plan SK- 235(40-2)18-006 included in this RFQ package. This shall include all legal survey work, including placing survey pins into the ground through to the registering of the survey plan at the Land Titles Office.
The work shall be in accordance to all relevant municipal, territorial, and federal standards, regulations, guidelines, and best practices, including the National standards for the Survey of Canada Lands. If Proponents are unable to travel to Iqaluit, they are welcome to include local consultants/contractors within their bid. If any of the work is intended to be conducted by any sub-consultants or sub-contractors, the Proponent must identify these groups with their RFQ submission.
For context, this is required as a step in the transfer of commissioner’s land to the City. The Proponent shall identify and carry out all survey requirements for the purpose of undergoing this process.
