Description

The purpose of the RFP is provide Governance Training to the Mayor and City Council. The City of Iqaluit requires an experienced facilitator to lead a one-day Governance Training workshop.
Objectives:

Provide the Mayor and Councilors training on the roles and responsibilities of their positions, as they related to the various stakeholders (residents, businesses, municipal staff and management).

Provide the Mayor and Councilors the opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge as it relates to governance and the expectations of elected community officials.

Provide the Mayor and Councilors the opportunity to explore Iqaluit specific issues and open up a forum for exploring real life solutions to said issues.

Provide the Mayor and Councilors the opportunity to make more informed decisions, to better serve the Iqaluit community
