Description

This RFQ is issued for the purpose of obtaining Quotations for a cloud-based document management system (“DMS”) for the City of Iqaluit (“the City”). The RFQ provides Bidders with relevant information pertaining to the services required.
1.5 Objectives
The City of Iqaluit is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing this RFQ:
a) Selection of a DMS based on responses to the RFQ received by the City which fulfills the following criteria:
a. Functional, technical and security requirements
b. Costs
c. Implementation
d. Maintenance and support availability
e. Product and vendor maturity and experience
b) Purchase of the DMS that satisfies specific requirements laid out by the City in the RFQ.
c) Implementation of the DMS based on terms agreed upon by the City and the selected Bidder.
