Description

The City of Iqaluit is seeking proposals for consulting services to conduct a job classification and compensation study. The consultant will recommend an objective evaluation process/methodology to review the type, scope, and level of work being performed. The City also wishes to gain an understanding of current and future outlook of job market conditions. The City is also seeking an objective comparison of its compensation and benefits with those offered in the similar markets. The consultant will also implement the new classification system, working with City staff.
