The City is looking to develop a stronger understanding of available telephone replacement solutions to meet its customer service goals as the City's population continues to rapidly grow. The current telephone system will be at its end of life in 2025. This RFI will assist the formation of a RFP at a future date to ensure the City identifies and selects a telephone system solution that aligns with its requirements.
