The City’s Health, Safety and Security (HSS) business unit is seeking a software solution to enhance corporate health, safety and security incident management. 1. 1. 1. Complete Appendix B, submit pricing that allows the City to determine a five (5) year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

The City will be taking a five (5) year Total Cost of Ownership approach to evaluating pricing. This may include any reasonable and relevant incremental costs that would accrue to the City, such as additional staffing required to maintain the system and new hardware. All pricing in Canadian Funds, exclusive of taxes.
