Description

The City requires a comprehensive two-part Parking Study including a review of its Land Use Bylaw parking standards and a detailed parking study for downtown. All deliverables for this project are expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.

The City intends to enter into a multi-year Agreement with the successful proponent for an initial term of three (3) years, with an option to extend the Agreement for an additional two (2) years as one increment at the City’s sole discretion for its future parking study and related service requirements if and when required.
