Vendors who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the solution described herein and meet the needs of the City may choose to submit a statement of capabilities.

However, any submitted statement of capabilities must be submitted through the Merx Portal and by the closing date and time.

The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate, and provide documentation, how the Vendor meets all the deliverables.

The decision whether the Vendor(s) meets or exceeds the deliverables detailed in the statement of capabilities (Statement) and acceptance or rejection of the Statement for this notice, will be at the sole discretion of the City.
