Description

Community Economic Development and Employability Corporation (CEDEC) requests proposals for auditing services for the 2018-19 fiscal year beginning April 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2019. The auditor or auditing firm should be able to participate in on-site reviews at our office in Huntingdon and offer services and documents in English and French, meet with personnel as needed and present the auditor’s report and the financial statement of CEDEC to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting.

La Corporation de l’employabilité et du développement économique communautaire (CEDEC) demande des propositions de services de vérification pour l’exercice financier débutant le 1er avril 2018 et se terminant le 31 mars 2019. Le vérificateur ou le cabinet de vérification comptable devrait pouvoir participer aux vérifications au bureau de Huntingdon. Il devrait aussi offrir des services et des documents en français et en anglais, rencontrer le personnel en cas de besoin et présenter le rapport du vérificateur et les états financiers de la CEDEC au conseil d’administration lors de l’assemblée générale annuelle.
