Renovation of a retirement home facility in Guelph, Ontario.

CBRE’s client The Elliott Community (“TEC”) (the “Owner”) is preparing to complete the following project: renovation of the 3rd floor on the Northwestern wing of the existing building located at
170 Metcalfe St, Guelph, ON N1E 4Y3 (the Project). To facilitate the completion of the Project in accordance with the Owner’s schedule, the Owner through its agent CBRE Limited (CBRE) is
requesting proposals from Construction Management firms for the delivery of construction manager at risk services.

The existing 3rd floor of the Northwestern wing of the existing building located at 170 Metcalfe St, Guelph, ON N1E 4Y3 originally designed to hold 20 RET residences will be renovated to accommodate 29 Long-Term Care beds.
