Description

CBRE Limited (CBRE) is issuing this announcement to serve as notification of our upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for Infrastructure Ontario (IO) in the Janitorial Services category. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit information and pricing for Janitorial Services to entities of Infrastructure Ontario (IO) within the province of Ontario in Canada.

Your company will have the opportunity to provide Janitorial Services to approximately 438 buildings for a period of estimated three (3) years with potential optional renewals where applicable.

Note: MERX is being utilized for the announcement and Request for Documentation (RFD). RFP will be released through the e-procurement tool Zycus. Completion and submission of the attached Contact Information Template (excel file), acceptance of both the online Non-Disclosure Agreement and Intent to Propose Declaration documents (together known as the RFD Documents) will grant the supplier access to Zycus. It is important to note that the Contact Information Template must be submitted by October 12, 2018, EST 04.00 PM to IOStrategicSourcing@cbre.com. Templates that are received after the specified date may not be considered.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
The successful Proponent(s) will be required to provide a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Certificate in the amount of $5million to CBRE within ten (10) days of Award Notification for the provision of the services. CBRE also requires additional umbrella coverage of $5million.

WSIB CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES
Proponents are required to provide current WSIB Clearance Certificates with the RFP submission.

ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE (OPS) SECURITY CLEARANCE
The successful Proponent(s) will appoint a company security officer (CSO) who will obtain security clearance and will ensure that all employees who are working on the IO account are security cleared prior to commencing services at any location. Details of security clearance requirements will be outlined in the RFP.
