CBRE Limited (CBRE) is issuing this announcement to serve as notification of our upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for the CBRE-IO Consultancy Services for Contractors Safety Monitoring Program RFP. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit information and pricing for entities of Infrastructure Ontario (IO) within the province of Ontario in Canada. Safety monitoring services will be required for the Queens Park Complex, located in Toronto, Ontario.
Proponents may have the opportunity to provide services for a period of three (3) years with optional renewals.
Note: Merx is being utilized as the announcement tool. The RFP will be released by CBRE through the e-procurement tool Ariba a.k.a. SourcingInsight after the registration process is complete. Completion and submission of the attached Contact Information Template will grant the supplier access to the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents once released in Ariba a.k.a. SourcingInsight on June 3, 2018. It is important to note that Proponents must first electronically accept and agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the Intent to Propose Declaration (ITPD) to access the Contact Information Template. Contact Information Templates must be received by May 28, 2018 5:00:00pm EST at iostrategicsourcing@cbre.com. Templates that are received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Proponents will be required to provide a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance Certificate in the amount of $5 million to CBRE within ten (10) days of Award Notification for the provision of the services.
WSIB CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES
Proponents are required to provide current WSIB Clearance Certificates with the RFP submission.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
All your company’s employees who are working on the IO account will be required to obtain OPS, VSS and OPP (if applicable) Security Clearances prior to commencing services at any IO locations. Details of Security Clearance requirements will be outlined in the RFP.
