CBI20221019 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - JANITORIAL SERVICES - CBI HEALTH LP

The purpose of this RFP is to execute an agreement with one or more Proponents to provide Janitorial Services for all required CBI Health locations in Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces.
The selected Proponent(s) will be able to provide the following services to CBI Health network:
• Effectively support each CBI location, with janitorial services from Monday through Friday after hours in accordance with the requirements and specifications of this RFP.
• Provide janitorial services on an a scheduled basis for smaller locations.
• Janitorial services scope of work must include the following component-
1. Sweeping
2. Mopping
3. Vacuuming carpets/mats
4. Dusting
5. Interior window cleaning (including high touch and low touch areas)
6. Cleaning mirrors/glass
7. Cleaning countertop, and washrooms
8. Changing garbage bags in all garbage bins
• Provide the following services on an ad-hoc basis:
1. Buffing
2. Floor Scrubbing
• All products, consumables, chemicals, labour, and equipment required for providing janitorial services must be supplied by the proponent at their sole
expense, which includes but not limited to:
1. Vacuum machines, filters, and bags
2. Dustpans, dust cloths and dust clothes
3. Cleaning carts
4. Cleaning rags
5. Wet floor signs
6. Mops and brooms
7. Cleaning pads
8. Cleaning and disinfecting agents
• All consumables and installed dispensers on site (as required per site):
1. Toilet papers and dispensers
2. Hand Towels and dispensers
3. Hand Sanitizer and dispensers
4. Garbage Bags
5. Recycling Bags
6. Soap and Dispensers
