TO OBTAIN THE RFSO DOCUMENTATION – MANDATORY NDA PRIOR
As CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.MERX4.MERX.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process, all Proponents must obtain the RFSO documents through MERX. Here is the link to the MERX Quick Get Started Steps for new users (http://bit.ly/2NW0a93).
Determine your eligibility to participate based on the mandatory requirements, description/objective statement for the RFSO.
- Register with MERX (If not already registered see the link provided above)
- Download the mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement and review for diligence
- Email the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement to the contact indicated in Section 5
To obtain the RFSO Documentation, Proponents must submit the
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by a duly authorized representative confirming that the Proponent meets all the Mandatory requirements described in Section 2 above.
Please note that to maintain total integrity and fairness CBC/Radio-Canada will not entertain changes to the NDA which, at this point, is for this RFSO.
The signed NDA document must be submitted to the CBC/Radio-Canada representative no later than
Wednesday, August 5th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
Following receipt of the signed NDA you will be granted access and receive an email from MERX that the RFSO documents are ready for download.
