Description

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SERVICES:

The objective(s) of this RFSA consists in selecting qualified mediators, with established experience and training in mediation, group intervention, coaching and training who, on request and on an ad hoc basis, will assist CBC/Radio-Canada in handling conflicts due to workplace relations, including harassment, violence and discrimination.
CBC/Radio-Canada will retain a maximum of three (3) pre-qualified mediators for each of the seven (7) regional rosters, and who are based in the region: Eastern Canada, Quebec, Ontario, West of Canada, British Columbia, Yukon & Northwest Territories, and James Bay and Nunavut
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory requirement
To be evaluated the Supplier must provide and demonstrate they have relevant experience as a mediator.

3. TO OBTAIN THE RFSA DOCUMENTATION

4. COMMUNICATION WITH CBC/RADIO-CANADA
Any contact with CBC/Radio-Canada at this stage of the RFSA must be undertaken by e-mail only, which will be addressed to the CBC/Radio-Canada Representative for this RFSA, whose co-ordinates appear below. All e-mails pertaining to this RFSA must state the RFSA reference number (ETH20220128 ) in the “Subject” of the e-mail.

Once the tender documents have been obtained, Proponents may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the RFSA documents. If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFSA, must submit their questions through MERX no later than the date specified in PART I: INTRODUCTION, Table 1: Critical Dates in the RFSA Process of the main document
5. RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS
Proposals must be received by CBC/Radio-Canada, via electronic submission to the MERX Website (www.merx.com) no later than August 29th, 2022 at 8:00:00 pm, Montreal Time.
The Proponent has the sole responsibility for the timely receipt of a Proposal by CBC/Radio-Canada. The Proponent cannot transfer such responsibility to CBC/Radio-Canada. The MERX clock shall be used to determine the time of receipt of the Proposal, whether the time indicated on such clock is accurate or not.
Partial Proposals, amendments or revisions which are received after the date and time for the RFSA Submission Closing Date will not be accepted.
CBC/Radio-Canada retains the right to negotiate with Proponents on any procurement
