1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:

The key objectives in issuing this RFI are as follows:

The main objective of this Request for Information ("RFI") is to obtain information on the services that can be offered by Respondents for a possible Request for Proposals related to Connected TV Video Ad Serving.

Pursuant to the RFI, CBC/Radio-Canada may elect to continue the process and proceed to a second step, without obligation, which may result in a Request for Proposals (“RFP”). Respondents must understand that CBC/Radio-Canada would not necessarily limit participation in submitting a proposal only to Respondents identified as part of this RFI.

2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

There are no Mandatory Requirements to obtain access to the RFI documents.

3. TO OBTAIN THE RFI DOCUMENTATION

As CBC/Radio-Canada uses Merx (https://www.merx4.merx.com/cbc) to manage its solicitation process, all Proponents must obtain the RFI documents through Merx.

Determine your eligibility to participate based on the description/objective statement for the RFI.
To obtain the documents you must be registered with Merx.

Please note that CBC/Radio-Canada is not responsible for the distribution of the documents.

4. QUESTIONS

Once the RFI documents have been obtained, Respondents may have queries, require further information or clarification, or discover certain omissions or ambiguities in the RFI documents. If so, or if there is any doubt about the meaning of any part of this RFI, shall submit their questions through MERX no later than the date specified in PART I: INTRODUCTION, Table 1: Critical Dates in the RFI Process of the main document.

CBC/Radio-Canada reserves the right to answer only those questions submitted through Merx.

5. RECEIPT OF RESPONSES

Responses must be received by CBC/Radio-Canada, via electronic submission to the Merx Website (www.merx.com) no later than July 24, 2023 at 8:00:00 pm, Eastern Time.

The Respondent has the sole responsibility for the timely receipt of a Response by CBC/Radio-Canada. The Respondent cannot transfer such responsibility to CBC/Radio-Canada. The MERX clock shall be used to determine the time of receipt of the Response, whether the time indicated on such clock is accurate or not.

Partial Responses, amendments or revisions which are received after the date and time for the RFI Submission Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. QUESTIONS

5. RÉCEPTION DES RÉPONSES

Les réponses doivent être reçues par CBC/Radio-Canada, par soumission électronique sur le site Web de Merx (www.merx.com) au plus tard le 24 Juillet 2023 à 20 h 00, heure de l'Est.
Le Répondant est seul responsable de la réception en temps par CBC/Radio-Canada. Le Répondant ne peut transférer cette responsabilité à CBC/Radio-Canada. L'horloge de MERX sera utilisée pour déterminer l'heure de réception de la Réponse, que l'heure indiquée sur cette horloge soit exacte ou non.
Les réponses partielles, les modifications ou les révisions qui sont reçues après la date et l'heure de clôture de la soumission de la demande de renseignements ne seront pas acceptées.
