Description

CBC/Radio-Canada (CBC/R-C) is seeking proposals for a certificate lifecycle management tool. The certificate lifecycle management tool will provide discovery, issuance, deployment, renewal and revocation capabilities, a self-service portal for end users, and increased oversight and management capabilities for administrators. In addition to this, an optional PKI-as-a-service is also being considered, this PKIaaS will provide a fully managed high level root of trust for internal SSL/TLS certificate issuance that follows PKI best practices.
