Based on the nature of our operations, whether we respond to emergencies and natural disasters or prepare and organise relief activities, we are often in urgent situations which require immediate action. Our recruitment needs are driven by these conditions and therefore, we are looking to identify a Preferred Recruitment Services Partner “Preferred Partner” that can not only support our operational needs but also will share our sense of urgency and support our response efforts.
The objective of this Request for Proposal “RFP” is to identify a Preferred Partner who will provide the best overall value to CRC. While price is a significant factor it is not the only factor and, together with other criteria, will form the basis of our award decision as more fully described in the attached Bidder Response Template.
CRC is soliciting information from industry so that it may select a Preferred Partner for talent acquisition and recruitment support at the national level, covering all provinces in Canada. The Preferred Partner must have the capability and experience to support CRC hiring needs on ‘as and when needed’ or contingency fee basis.
It is anticipated that the selected Preferred Partner will enter into an Agreement with CRC for a period of three (3) years.
