The Canadian Red Cross (CRC) is seeking proposals from experienced service providers to conduct an employee engagement survey of approximately 1,300 employees in Canada and 100 delegates working overseas. CRC is seeking a vendor with a research based, statistically valid survey methodology, that can provide a customized survey design, survey administration, flexible and deep data analysis, and recommendations for action. The vendor must be able to provide a fully bilingual survey experience (French/English).
CRC leadership recognizes the impact workforce engagement has on organizational performance and the opportunity to build its workforce engagement. CRC’s most recent employee survey was carried out in 2011. This survey will assist in generating the qualitative and quantitative data needed to understand current engagement levels, identify priority engagement drivers, and inform targeted actions to optimize engagement. CRC’s workforce includes 12,000 volunteers who will not be surveyed at this time but must be considered as part of workforce engagement. The target date for the launch of the survey is September 2019.
Specifically, this RFP seeks the following information:
- Respondent capabilities to provide the services noted in the statement of work
- Detailed information on the quality and statistical validity of the survey tool and methodology.
- Ideas and suggestions to optimize the survey impact and strengthen CRC’s engagement program.
- Cost information for services.
