The Canada Infrastructure Bank (the “CIB”) is in the process of enhancing its risk management framework (“ERM Framework”) to manage and mitigate the key risks to which it is exposed as a result of its investing, project development, advisory, infrastructure data and operational activities.

Description of the Scope of the Services Request
The CIB is seeking to engage the most suitable Respondent to provide consulting services with respect to the development of a new ERM Framework for the CIB along with related policies, procedures, and internal tools and processes (the “Services”). As part of this work, the CIB is seeking a comprehensive review and detailed recommendations with respect to roles and responsibilities, to facilitate the alignment of the CIB’s internal organizational structure and processes with the new ERM Framework.
