Description

Ingenium delivers its mandate through various outlets, including partnership with a wide variety of
outside organizations with an interest in interactive science communications. Following the success
of the the work at the Pacific Science Enterprise Centre (PSEC), the Atlantic Science Enterprise
Centre (ASEC), and the Capilano River Hatchery, the Corporation has been approached by the
Department of Fisheries and Oceans to develop permanent museum style science communications
installations for the Pacific Biological Station (PBS), the Institute of Ocean Sciences (IOS) and
Cultus Lake Laboratory (CLL) in British Columbia.

These installations will support internal staff-facing programming that is being implemented at the
three sites and will contribute to creating immersive and welcoming spaces that clearly connect staff
and visitors to the facilities, their histories, their connections to local
Indigenous communities, and the science taking place on site.
